2. Refunds for Incorrect or Damaged Products

3. Health & Hygiene Policy – No Returns on Opened Bedding

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bedding that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging, unless the product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of all our customers. Please ensure you carefully check sizing and product details before opening your bedding set.

4. No Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of bulky items and the costs associated with their return, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We provide detailed sizing charts and product descriptions on our website to help you make an informed purchase. It is your responsibility to review these details before ordering.
